Matredo is a service operated by Pindrop AB. By using Matredo you agree to these terms.
Matredo helps you save recipes, plan meals, and build shopping lists. We provide the service as-is and may update it at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Matredo. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You own the recipes and content you create. We do not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a license to store and display it to you and your household members.
Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to harass others.
Matredo is a personal recipe organizer. When you import a recipe from an external source, the original link is preserved. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or copyright compliance of content you import. You are responsible for ensuring your use of imported content complies with applicable intellectual property laws.
Matredo uses artificial intelligence to parse recipes and suggest content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for verifying recipes, ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information before use. Pindrop AB is not liable for any harm, allergic reaction, or adverse outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
Matredo relies on third-party services for authentication, analytics, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Matredo at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
If you believe content on Matredo infringes your copyright, please contact dmca@matredo.se with your name, the content URL in Matredo, the URL of the original work, and a description of the claim. We will review and remove infringing content promptly. Accounts with repeated copyright violations may be terminated.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pindrop AB, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Matredo is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pindrop AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
