Matredo started with a familiar kind of kitchen clutter: recipes in screenshots, links, messages, and notes, plus the same dinner question every evening. We wanted one place for the whole flow. Save what you want to cook. Decide when to make it. Know what to buy.

Cooking usually involves more than one person. You plan with your household, shop for each other, and solve Tuesday dinner together. Matredo is built around that reality: shared recipes, a shared plan, and one list for the store.

We use AI for the parts that should not eat your evening: reading recipes, cleaning up ingredients, suggesting swaps, and helping when you get stuck. It stays in the background. You are still the cook.

Matredo is built by Erik, a home cook in Sweden working through the same weeknight dinners you are. Every feature has to earn its place at his table first.
